MLTE offices are open from 09.00 to 17.00 five days a week. Staff are more than happy to answer questions about the award schemes and also advise on wider issues relating to supervision, leading and instructing in the mountain and crag environment.
MLTE offers a qualification verification service to employers relating to records held on the Training database but cannot release personal details of registered candidates.
